Shipping Information:

We make every attempt to ship the same day the order is received. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m CST will ship the next business day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Please inspect your order promptly. Restock fees will apply to items returned after 10 days. Items returned must be in resaleable condition for credit. Electronic media (downloaded books) cannot be returned or refunded. As with all parts suppliers, we cannot accept returns on electrical parts or special order parts or parts flown in strictly for the ordering party. Orders which specify "downloadable" for the shipping method, but which must be shipped via UPS will be cancelled. A customer who wishes to cancel his/her order may do so without penalty if the order has not shipped; otherwise, customer is responsible for freight both ways on cancelled orders.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Backorders: Because some of the parts we deal with are for tractors which are no longer manufactured, and some of the parts which we deal with are hard to get, items not in stock will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested by you, our customer. This will ensure that you receive your part as soon as it becomes available. Items will be shipped in the order they are received. If you prefer we cancel your not in stock item. please note this in the "notes" section of your order.
